Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead based in Nairobi. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed targets, fostering strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, training team members, providing feedback, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
Strong Team Management and leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate a team
Proven Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure positive client interactions
Advanced Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities
Experience in the technology or internet service industry preferred
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or ISP industry
At least 1–2 years in a sales leadership or supervisory role
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment
